Our large property is steeped in tradition initially housing staff for the Chateau and formally then a hotel. Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings)

Unique country home with a HOT TUB

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. We offer our charming house for rent. It is located in a very quiet little village, in an old farmyard. A 400 m2 garden is available with fruit trees and a vegetable garden... A large wooden terrace is located at the foot of the house and allows access to the garden. The house has a second terrace on the back with a spa ⚠️available from June 1, 2025 to September⚠️; ideal for chilling evenings.

Charming cottage for 2 people with hot tub

The cottages of the old orchard, cottage 2 people located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from Oct 06 to April 10) and a garden furniture allow sunbathing, accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

Located in the village of Magnac Laval, close to all shops, you will find in this pretty house of 55 m2: An entrance with storage, a toilet with washing machine and hanging rack, a living room with sofa bed+TV. A fully equipped kitchen (oven,microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes...) small adjoining courtyard. Upstairs, a large bedroom with dressing room and an office space as well as a bathroom.

NADINE'S PAVILION

Nadine's pavilion is located in a peaceful Creusois village in the countryside. The town of the municipality is 4 km from the village, where you will find the essential shops. The nearest town, which is called La Souterraine, is 15 km away. It is a medieval town where you can enjoy its activities and history. Your accommodation is located close to the owners and you can find hiking trails on site.

I offer you a little paradise in Magnac Laval, a place called Cressac, in Limousin, a very friendly place, you will not regret it, for a couple with 1 child or 3 adults, there is a bedroom and a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a veranda that overlooks a large garden, barbecue, not far from the highway 20, 500 m from Les Pouyades, 3 km from the shops (Intermarché) bakery.
