This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 (with two babies) - very safe, spacious; every need was met in a timely/responsive manner and we couldn't ask for more. Location is definitely centrally accessible but make sure to account for traffic!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, the view is very nice and the area is quiet, the pool water is at a good temperature and has everything you need

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time!! The home was gorgeous and well-furnished, the backyard was beautiful and accommodations were made (high chair and crib) for our 1 year old daughter upon request. Location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted to see in CDMX, and the neighborhood was quiet but far from dead. Highly recommend staying here instead of one of the hotels nearby!

Gema was great and super helpful with everything. She was always responsive and proactive. I would definitely recommend this place! We were here on a boy's trip and the indoor private pool and location were perfect!

The house is a jewel: comfortable, well equipped, with super nice spaces and perfect for what we needed. We were recording content and it was the ideal place, both inside and out. In addition, the location is unbeatable: nothing from the center of Coyoacán, which made it very easy for us to make tomas in the surroundings. This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

My mom, son, and I stayed here and we loved it. The house is very spacious and stays very cool. The bedrooms are great sizes. It is in walking distance to the center of Tlalpan which has so many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Maria and Teresa were very helpful and always responsive. Thank you! We will be back!

It was a pleasant surprise to find this Airbnb, it is in a very quiet neighborhood as well as the street. The house is as shown in the photographs, it has everything you need for a quiet stay. The location is very good because it has the proximity of taking other routes to move around the city, both by car and public transport. And above all, the attention of the hosts, excellent. Always attentive and prompt responses. THANK YOU.

Everything is excellent, super clean sheets, towels and bathroom, super comfortable bed, it has hooks and iron. The only thing I can think of is that 1. The stairs are very narrow, I have a hard time going up and down with my travel suitcase and 2. It does not have a ceiling fan or air conditioning, just a small fan, which although it was not hot, would be appreciated, other than that everything is super comfortable, clean and Doña Mari is very attentive and friendly!

Absolutely amazing suite in the heart of Condesa. Adrian and Fernando were amazing host and always quick to respond. They even gave an amazing guide to the hot spots and restaurants surrounding the apartment. Despite being in town, the suite was exceptionally quiet at night and was easily walkable to some great food and sites. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Mexico City. Apartment matched descriptions and had amenities such as shampoo and soap along with towels. Small kitchen essentials were available as well plus 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommend! Don't miss this beautiful spot!!

My family and I stayed for a week and everything was fine. The house is tidy. The area is quiet. The house is a little hot but Gaby put a fan in each room and that was more than enough. There is room to store the car. There's a little bit of pressure in the shower on the top floor, but it's not a problem. Several shops and dining options in the area. We had rain and heat and we had no problems with the house or the area. We would definitely go back.
