La Maison Grise

CITQ 151056 – La Maison Grise is an old barn converted into a house. It is located at the foot of the Butte Ronde and offers one of the most beautiful views of the Islands. You will be a few minutes' walk from a small beach on one side and the Pointe Basse wharf on the other. Welcome to the Lantern House, a large beautiful house with 360-degree panoramic views of the sea and 3 immediate white sand beaches. There are 2 SUP boards (stand up paddle) and bicycles. For 2025, major renovations have been carried out, new floors, new mattresses, sofas and wall paneling in solid pine, bedroom furniture replaced. You're going to love it! The 7-passenger 4x4 Ford car is included with the house, free of charge.

I am confident you will enjoy your stay in this small community that hosts one of two anglophone populations on the islands. Hospitality abound as you visit with the locals at the local wharf and sometimes even hitch a ride to fish some mackeral! A very quiet area with a rich history and stories of shipwrecks. Free firewood provided for the outdoor firepit as well.
