Amazing place, Maritza was great at communicating and worked hard to resolve issues / concerns promptly. Check in & check out communication was accurate and timely. The house is stocked with a lot of things and amenities which is nice. It’s close to many restaurants and bars plus coffee shops. Would highly recommend the place and Maritza as the host.

Departamento muy bien ubicado y equipado, cerca del shopping y la zona franca. Muy cómodo, buena internet y calefacción.

Solicité cama en compartido pero me asignaron a una hab privada con baño privado. Yo feliz! Muy rica la cama y la temperatura en la habitación. 3era vez que vengo, me encanta!

Nos encantó el lugar! La vista es hermosa, desde la ventana se puede ver el canal, las montañas y el muelle histórico. El espacio es muy limpio y siempre se mantuvo calientito gracias a la calefacción. El check-in fue flexible y cómodo. Además, está muy cerca de todo y puedes llegar a cualquier lugar en poco tiempo. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia!

Le logement de Marisol est un excellent lieu pour découvrir Puerto Natales et sa région ! Le logement était impeccable et à 4 nous y avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci à Marisol pour sa réactivité elle a été une très bonne hôtesse !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Miguel qui nous a conseillé pour le parc et nous a prêté des équipements Agréable séjour dans une maison pleins de charme avec beaucoup d’animaux très gentils ! La chambre était très propre avec salle de bain attenante. Je recommande !

Cynthia was a fantastic host along with her helpers Bastian and Luz. This was a last minute booking as we arrived late into town and they welcomed us in without any problems. The room was clean, bed comfortable, hot shower and even included breakfast. Cynthia helped us sort out a few things in the morning which was extremely nice of her. Nothing was too much trouble. The hostel was within walking distance to all the local restaurants, shops and bars. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I returned to Puerto Natales.
