Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mae Rim

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! A Dream Getaway! This place was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The peaceful surroundings, spacious layout, and the lovely creek by the house created the perfect retreat atmosphere. The large living room and cozy study room really added a premium touch, providing space for everyone to unwind or get some quiet time The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The big kitchen was perfect for our family stay, and the on-site help was a definite bonus. It was the best family vacation we’ve had in years—relaxing, recharging, and full of great memories. What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

The house was exactly as described, and both the owner and the housekeeper were in close contact with us and prepared a lot of distilled water for us to use when we checked in.

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Great place especially for the price, really nice spot to end our travels

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

What a dreamy stay at La Campagne! Our family of 8 stayed for 5 days to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The villa was huge but so comfortable and super clean! We were spoilt by the lovely team managing the place - they prepared a lovely spread of breakfast daily, made sure everything is in order and were responsive throughout. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you again for the lovely memories!

What a beautiful stay this was, located in a quite remote and high up mountain area. The resort itself was beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The drive up to the place is a stunning off-road drive through the jungle. However, be prepared for high transportation costs—around $120 USD per round trip—as only specific taxis can handle the difficult road. We ended up paying an additional $350 in USD just to get in and out of the resort. It’s best to stay put once you arrive. The food was great, though restaurant hours were limited (closing by 8 PM), which made it hard to eat after late excursions. Our room had a lovely view, but wasn’t fully sealed, so bugs were an issue at night. Overall, a wonderful experience for those seeking a quiet mountain escape—just plan ahead for logistics and be prepared for additional costs and timing getting in and out.

One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. Great place for a cozy time with S/O or families

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
