Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mae Rim District

The host family is so nice and friendly. They cook breakfast for me everyday, and sometimes even invite me to eat dinner together. And the host prepares a bike for me to discover around, and call me cars to pick me up and drop me off both at check in time and check out time. Meanwhile they speak fluent English, which easy to communicate.

Ja and Paul run a truly special place. The Moroccan Hideaway is stunning for so many reasons. 1) The house itself is simply brilliant in every possible respect. If you are a fan of this style the attention to detail will inspire you. The house is spread over 3 floors and is simply a wonderful place to be. 2) The grounds - hidden away, lush, green and well cared for this is a special place to be and you can go for hours without hearing... anything. 3) The pool - just perfect for all. 4) The main house - a stunning piece of architecture with so many things to look at. 5) The hosts - Ja and Paul are so attentive to your needs and always on hand to make your stay the best it can be. 6) The location - about 15 minutes from town (close enough for Grab delivery if you wish) but situated in a lovely little village where you can get everything you can imagine. Overall - this place is just stunning and we will return.

The bathroom is beautiful.

Rawat and her mom are the best parents and children.They greeted us with a relaxed atmosphere like a real family.I feel like I have a home in Chiang Mai.I was often nervous when I traveled, but this was a place where I could relax with all my heart. That's the best part of Muan Home. The other best is. Rawat's cooking! You can see that they are all delicious and carefully made.It makes you feel happy when you eat with a gentle personality.I want to go out and go home early, and the rice every morning is delicious and I can't get away from the table all the time. The children ate many times better than usual. My mom has been doing hotel cleaning for a long time, and the bed makeup and cleaning are well done. It's the best location if you like the countryside.Especially, the view of sunset is so beautiful that you want to see all the time. Activities in Chiang Mai were also consulted, and I had many pleasant experiences. My kids and I love this Muan Home and I will definitely go to Rawat and her mom!

Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

I had an all-round perfect stay in the Glory Suites! The accommodation is modern, very clean and stylishly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is great, quiet and yet close to everything you want to experience in Chiang Mai. Check-in was straightforward and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd come back anytime and can fully recommend the property. Thanks for a great stay!

This Airbnb stay was pure joy! From its luxe interiors to its lush gardens, you will know instinctively after your first steps inside this calming retreat that you made an excellent choice. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the beds are comfortable but it’s the warmth and consistent thoughtfulness of the staff that will make you reconsider checking out on your departure date. I don’t usually gush on reviews but, oh well, that ship has sailed. Craig and his team tended to our every need and struck a hard to find balance of being attentive without hovering, accommodating without imposing and showing genuine concern without being creepy :) We arrived with only a general idea of the kinds of things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai and the 88 Place staff did the rest. Every outing and service they arranged for us was no doubt the best in the city—the spa, the cooking class, the the elephant sanctuary tour, etc. The days we remained on the property were just as satisfying and enjoyable as the days we ventured out. 88 Place has character, a lot of heart, plenty of soul and, alcohol, so do yourself a favor and book already. And if your dates are already booked, change your travel dates! You won’t regret it.

The place is located close to the old town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and kind. Excellent breakfast.

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!
