La Regidora is a former 'quintería' (a type of country house) located on the Quixote Route, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The property is a renovated, single-storey former farmhouse from the early 20th century that retains the character of the original building. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a powder room and spacious common areas. It is located on a 6,000-square-metre site. Outside, it features a large Manchego-style courtyard with a barbecue and a wooded garden with a swimming pool. Ideal place to rest.

Cabaña del Burguillo
