Our warm and cozy apartment in the heart of Madrid. With heating and air conditioning, of course. We leave our apartment occasionally when we go on the trip and it is perfect to spend a few days as a couple, with friends or with family and enjoy the surroundings. It is a private apartment that has an elevator, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. There is a lift. The apartment is perfectly equipped. You will be right at home. The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a window overlooking the pool. It is super quiet since the pool is very quiet and also at night it is closed. It has complete wardrobe and perches, two nightstands, lamps and USB chargers so you don't miss anything. Private bathroom with hot tub. There are soaps with different smells, shampoos for different needs, toothpaste, deodorant and everything you need. Quite spacious dining room with balcony overlooking the pool as well. There is a dining table perfect for eating or working, and four chairs. Sofa with chaise longue that converts into a large double bed. 50"TV with Netflix. High-speed wifi American kitchen with everything you need for cooking. It has an electric kettle (with infusions that we will leave at your disposal), toaster, Nespresso coffee maker (and coffee capsules that we also provide as detail), microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is a kitchen and we also have a folding interior washing machine and clothesline. I will leave you bed linens, bath towels, extra blankets for the winter (to enjoy a movie on the couch). The use of extra bedding or sofa bed should be indicated beforehand and will carry a small extra charge. Important: the apartment is especially quiet as it does not face the street. It is also very bright and quiet. There is no noise from outside. Still, in case you travel accompanied and need extra security, we will always leave earplugs on the nightstand. Use them if you need them, but it won't be because of us. We don't store luggage; however, there's a locker right in front of the apartment where you can leave it. Our charming apartment gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in authentic Madrid life and enjoy the culture, cuisine and art of Malasaña. Our apartment has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the moment you enter. Decorado with love and taking care of every detail, it's the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Relax in the lounge where you can rest on the couch after a day of walking and enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with fresh local ingredients that you can find at nearby markets. The master bedroom is a haven of peace, with a comfortable bed and simple decor that invites you to rest. The apartment overlooks the interior of the buildings, so it has absolutely no outside or street noise. It's super bright. In case you're travelling with someone and need extra peace of mind, we always leave earplugs on the bedside tables. We insure restful nights of sleep so you're ready for your daily adventures. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, mobile charger, linens, towels, everything you need for the bathroom (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, deodorant), so you just think about making the most of your rest. Important: due to the building's construction, the living room balcony has openings on the side of the railing that make it dangerous for small children without supervision. If you travel with kids close the balcony door or go out with them. Do not let them be alone on the balcony for their safety.

It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)
