Our warm and cosy apartment in the heart of Madrid. With heating and air conditioning, of course. We occasionally let our apartment when we go on a trip, and it's perfect for spending a few days as a couple, with friends or as a family and enjoying the surroundings. It is a private apartment with a lift, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. You'll feel right AT HOME. The apartment has: a master bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a balcony facing the street (with windows that isolate the outside sound quite well, although on Saturday nights it can be a bit noisy, which is why we leave earplugs in case you need them). It has a full wardrobe and hangers, two bedside tables, lamps and USB chargers so you have everything you need. Private bathroom with a large shower with a hydromassage column. There are soaps with different scents, shampoos for different needs, toothpaste, deodorant and everything you need. A fairly spacious living-dining room with a balcony overlooking the street. There is a dining table that is perfect for eating or working, and four chairs. Sofa with chaise longue that converts into a large double bed. 40" TV with Netflix. High-speed Wi-Fi. Open-plan kitchen with everything you need for cooking. It has an electric kettle (with herbal teas that we will leave for you), a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine (and coffee capsules that we also provide as a courtesy), a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. There are kitchen utensils, and we also have a washing machine and a folding indoor clothesline. I will leave you bed linen, bath towels and extra blankets for the winter (to enjoy a movie on the sofa). ⚠ IMPORTANT: The apartment has two balconies overlooking the street. The windows provide good sound insulation, and there is air conditioning so you can sleep with the windows closed. Even so, it's possible that on Saturday nights the noise from the street will be a bit more annoying than on other days. As we want to make sure you get a good night's sleep, we'll leave earplugs on the bedside table for you. Use them if you need them. We don't store luggage. However, there's a locker right in front of the apartment where you can leave it. Our charming apartment gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in authentic Madrid life and enjoy the culture, cuisine and art of Malasaña. Our apartment has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the moment you enter. Decorated with love and attention to every detail, it's the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Relax in the living room, where you can rest on the sofa after a day of sightseeing and enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite meals with fresh local ingredients that you can find in nearby markets. The main bedroom is a haven of peace, with a comfortable bed and simple decor that invites you to rest. The windows isolate the sound from outside, but if you also need extra peace and quiet, we always leave some earplugs on the bedside tables. We ensure nights of restful sleep so that you are ready for your daily adventures. There is high-speed Wi-Fi, a mobile charger, bed linen, towels, everything you need for the bathroom (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, deodorant) – everything you need so that you only have to think about making the most of your rest. ⚠ The use of extra bed linen or a sofa bed must be indicated in advance and will incur a small extra charge.

Brand new, luxury 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Chueca’s bustling pedestrian shopping street! This bright spacious and well appointed apartment is newly renovated in 2023 and located in one of the hippest areas in Madrid. It's spacious floor plan, full kitchen & full amenities make it a home away from home. There is no better place to explore the city! This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. The apartment is well equipped, has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped modern kitchen, complete bathroom and all the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with oven (oven and microwave), dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator. You will also have television, high-speed internet, air conditioning and heating. The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical corrala Madrileña without a lift. It is an interior flat so it is quite well isolated from the noise of the Malasaña´s busy nights.
