Home has Smart TV w/ streaming channels, DVD player, WiFi, Keurig and drip coffee, toaster, pots, pans, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, etc. One queen bed, one king, single over full bunk and single day bed. Full size inflatable mattress upon request. Bedrooms are upstairs. No smoking. No pets.

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Kitchen, dining rm, and living room are open concept. There is a den with a tv as well as living room tv. 1bdrm has office desk. It has a large deck with a gas stove and grill as well as patio table! Its fenced in for privacy! Basketball, swimming, and fitness center across the street! You will enjoy!
