Built in 1882 the unique charm is still within this duplex . Settled in the heart of South Charleston, a quaint little village nestled between Columbus and Dayton, Ohio . Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of off the road parking . This apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath . It can sleep up to 6 guests with a queen bed , twin futon, and a twin chaise lounge .I do offer a queen blow up mattress if needed !Equipped with a washer and dryer , all kitchen appliances and free complimentary coffee bar .

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
