House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

Eric is a superb host and his property is large and very well appointed. Comfortable beds, welcoming living/dining area, and a kitchen with everything you may need. Extremely clean with high-end appliances. The setting is very relaxing with easy access to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend you book this property for your family’s next getaway. The pool during the summer months is an added bonus.

Great location close to Turning Stone. I hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and there was plenty of room for the bridesmaids! We were able to make a lot of meals in the kitchen and out on the Blackstone grill!

Easy to work with and excellent host!

It is always a nice touch when the host contacts you directly and is personable and friendly via text. Also - she had left a few essential food items that did indeed make our stay easier (eggs, creamer, butter) - this allowed us to not worry so much about finding a local place to dine each morning. We were two couples plus one teenager staying for Commencement weekend at Syracuse University, and while it was a bit of a drive to and from campus, it allowed us to have a place to retreat to and get out of the busy city between events, and get a really good night's sleep as we moved through the weekend's festivities. The landscape in Cazenovia is bucolic - such a change of pace from campus and Syracuse itself.

Our stay in this stunning farmhouse in Cazenovia is one my family will never forget! The home itself is a treasure and made us feel like we were in an HGTV episode it was so beautifully curated. It felt like true luxury. The amenities were above and beyond and there were cute little touches like a prepped jar of s'mores fixins for nighttime campfires. Our kids loved exploring the property the entire time—they didn't ask to watch TV for 3 days straight which has to be some kind of record! All in all, I highly recommend this property!

Our extended family of 8 stayed here for Colgate's 2025 graduation weekend. The location was definitely further away than I wanted (not the host's fault of course) but it ended up working out great. Door to door it's a 35 minute drive, so while we weren't able to go 'back and forth' as much as if we were staying closer, it was a great place to wake up in and return 'home' to at the end of the day's events. There was plenty of room for two sets of grandparents, two siblings and the grad's parents. We loved making coffee and breakfast in the morning and enjoying the absolutely glorious view from the house, plus the kitchen table was a fun end of day gathering spot for us all. Shawn was communicative and accommodating, especially when one pair of guests were way ahead of arrival time, allowing them to enter the property early. I had not been aware of DeRuyter or the lake prior to this, but am glad we had the opportunity to enjoy this home and the area!

Working with Tim was awesome! He was so helpful and communicative. He even made sure to rearrange the space for us before we came, so that it would be exactly what we needed. So so so WONDERFUL! The whole house was so cozy and a perfect space to gather with family - we plan to rent here again!

We were looking for a quiet place to stay for the weekend while in the area and this worked out well for us. Located in an older neighborhood, it was a short drive to main roads, restaurants and coffee shops. And both weekend evenings were very quiet. I loved the sound of the train whistle in the distance at night - it reminded me of my neighborhood when I was a kid! This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay, and Adrian’s instructions were very clear and helpful.

The home was just as described on Airbnb. It was larger than it looked and had plenty of room for everyone to be able to have their own space when they wanted. All necessities were well stocked, and we felt no need to run out and shop. The home is VERY near Hamilton College and is the perfect place to stay if attending an event there. Cathy was very pleasant and responsive, and even provided a gift basket to welcome us to her home. We would definitely stay again.

As always, Ashling Acres was a beautiful and peaceful stay! Can’t wait to be back there in the Fall! Thank you Evan for always being so accommodating!

Andrea is a great host. The place was just as advertised. Our stay was over winter, which inevitably means snow in Erieville. It was great arriving to find the drive plowed, the walkway and stairs shoveled, and the heat on! It is an excellent location for peaceful lake views and walks around the lake (even in winter). Andrea provides clear instructions in the home regarding checkout expectations and the operation of all amenities.

very decent if you are looking for good pricing. very spacious house, looks bigger in person, it was clean and easy to check in. had no problems.

With this being our second visit at Richards, we were very happy with our experience once again. Would recommend to any larger groups looking for a great place to stay in Clinton!

Erica is an amazing host. She goes out of her way to make sure her guests feel comfortable and welcomed. This is our second time staying at her beautiful home and the experience has been relaxing and comfortable both times. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and everything is close by. In addition, our 9 year old loves the amount of games/toys that are in the house. We don’t need to pack anything from home and that is a huge plus! Everything is perfect and we look forward to returning again.

I stayed at Allie’s while attending my college reunion and found her home really comfortable and thoughtfully cared for. The home is a stone’s throw from the Village Green which has a few nice restaurants, a breakfast spot, a cafe and a weekend farmer’s market. Allie was very a responsive host and seemed to respond to every communication within minutes.

Randi is very easy to communicate with - she is super responsive and friendly. The house is close to Colgate- made running back and forth very easy. The house is peaceful, really well stocked with all your kitchen needs plus plenty of towels etc., all very clean, comfortable, neat and uncluttered, and in such a lovely setting, right on the lake. Highly recommend!

Darren's house on Oneida Lake is absolutely precious. It was very clean with lots of space in a quiet and peaceful location. Darren was very responsive and helpful. Family members commented they'd love to go back next year and stay at Darren's house again.

Nicole was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs before and during our trip. The house was perfect for our long weekend and we enjoyed as much time as possible on the back deck despite the rain throughout our stay. The lake and surrounding areas were beautiful and we can’t wait to return!

Fantastic experience! Easy to book and be in and out, all the amenities you ever want at a lake house! We had so much fun kayaking and canoeing and playing in the yard with cornhole and connect four. Hot tub was great, a very peaceful relaxing weekend. Enjoyed veggies on the grill outside and loved the beautiful, well appointed kitchenThank you, Eric! Appreciate all your help!

Frankly, I wish there were more than five stars to give Wendy! She is a joy to interact with. Her house was above and beyond what was listed or expected. Can't recommend enough. My family and I had an amazing time at the house, the location is nothing short of idyllic. Rolling lush green hills and trees as far as the eyes can see, with a river running by to complete this stunning oasis. After eight days there, I felt as if I was driving away from home when we left. Thank you so much Wendy for all you've done to make your home cozy, inviting, and so very well equipped. We are so grateful to have had much a comfortable place for our temporary home while on vacation. The memories we created there will be treasured. xoxo

Robin’s place was absolutely perfect for our family stay in Cazenovia. More than enough space, very well appointed, and incredibly clean. Robin was a great host that was responsive, very accommodating, and communicated very well. Whether you need a great place to visit Colgate (as we did) or just want to check out the cute town of Cazenovia, I would highly recommend Robin’s house.

The house was perfect for our visit to the Clinton/New Hartford area. We were in town for the Hamilton Graduation and the house was close to the college as well as other places that we visited. The house was clean and a good size for our group of 4 adults.

My family and I stayed at the lake house for the weekend and we will def be back! The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, beautifully decorated, nearby restaurants, quiet and cozy neighborhood, you can easily go on a nice walk by the lake we have nothing but good things to say. We really enjoyed all the games they had in one of the bedrooms. We spent a whole night just playing games :) Host was very nice and responsive. If you decide to stay we recommend going to Harpoon Eddies to eat. It was delicious!! The host provided a book with lots of recommendations for restaurants/activities in the area - that was greatly appreciated!
