Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Madagascar

Wow could not recommend this little bungalow on Nosy Komba more! It was paradise!!! Beautiful views of the water from the private balcony. Lots to do on island like explore local villages, boat tours to nosy Iranja or nosy Tanikely, hike to summit of the island, visit neighboring hotel, snorkel, ect. Olivier was incredible and so responsive and helpful. The staff Lina and Mondy were so kind and hospitable! We absolutely loved it! Hope to return one day!

Typical and perfect house for a group stay. The young people really enjoyed their experience here and felt comfortable throughout the stay. A beautiful place to fully enjoy Tana in a friendly atmosphere! Thanks also to Annie!

We had an absolutely perfect stay with the family in this beautiful house, surrounded by nature. Everything was spotless, a haven of peace. A huge thank you to Christine, who delighted us every day with her delicious food and thoughtful service. A big thank you also to Soa, whose kindness touched us: she maintained the house to perfection and her massages were a real moment of well-being. Thanks to them, our stay was even more unforgettable. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay was amazing! We picked the full board and couldn't have been happier. The food was amazing 👏. Jimmy deserves many props for his on going efforts to make sure our stuff didn't wash away with the rising tide! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to take a step back and relax.

If you are genuinely fed up of hanging out with tourists and ex pats.. this place is a simple house in the heart of a genuine malagasy community. The sea is loud at night so you may not sleep well but the view is extraordinary.

Beautiful house near the airport in a pleasant and peaceful environment. All amenities matched the description, only the TV was not functional. Bakoly was very nice despite our late arrival. I recommend it when you want to stay in the capital while being a little bit away.

Staying at Joelle's place has been wonderful! The beautiful apartment and the short walks to the center of town, to restaurants, to museums, and to various shops are perfect for enjoying life in Tana.

The rooms were as described in the listing. All utilities were in working condition during the entire time of my stay and there was no electricity or water cut. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the pick up from the airport went very smoothly with no confusion. There was a feeling of family while I was there. Plenty of shops and places to get food nearby within walking distance, and there is security despite the fact that it was generally safe for me to be there. Every room I had seen or used was clean. Bathroom has both warm and cool water for shower, and the view from the upper level room windows and rooftop are spectacular. I had other places in mind for renting before I decided at the last minute it was probably best I chose this place, which was a good decision overall. Another thing I liked was that it is difficult for mosquitoes and insects to enter unless you allow them to. Many other places in town do have mosquitoes and / or occasional power and water cuts.

We spent two peaceful months in Areï's apartment. Mr. Maharavo was always very available and helpful. We appreciated his service and kindness. Quiet place with garage, accessible by car recommended. Cleanliness and comfort as described. The plus is the very practical washing machine as well as the large terrace overlooking the Rova. Recommended accommodation without hesitation.

Central location + comfort ✅ Balcony access from the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. WiFi, hot water, washing machine, smart TV, etc... The merchants in the streets make way quite rapidly if you're coming in with a car. The guards are also attentive to the entrance gate of the building. Short walking distance from La Gastro d'Analakely (Pietra) and Super U. Upper floor with nice view. Only stairs though. Self-checkin and self-checkout ✅

Our stay was really impeccable, Mr Danny is of unparalleled understanding and kindness, we felt at home we had the freedom to move. Housekeepers are responsive, as are caretakers. The villa fully matches the photos, the beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and the wifi works perfectly and the power outage in Madagascar did not affect us because Mr. Danny uses a generator. In short, our stay with Mr. Danny was very pleasant.

Very practical apartment and good location. Everything was in great condition and Hery's attention was fantastic. Advisable for people who want a comfortable and quiet place. Thank you very much.

Really nice place and comfortable, no mosquitoes in the room, Mireille was extremely kind and invited me to listen to her band and eat with them, I may be back soon!

Beautiful location and relatively close to the city centre.

Very charming studio, tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. The kitchen, simple but functional, allows you to enjoy breakfasts and dinners on the beautiful terrace open to a lush tropical garden and wake up, the little local lizards come to greet you there. Nadia is very kind and warmly welcomed me despite my late arrival. Thanks again, Nadia!

During our third stay at Nani's, we found that it's a great host (but we already knew it!) that is constantly improving her home for the well-being of guests: adding dishes, laundry ropes, deckchairs, solar lamps... The view and location is still exceptional. I highly recommend this listing and this host.

Place booked for my mom, she enjoyed this place with a great view of Antananarivo. The accommodation is very well equipped and it feels good according to her In a few days it will be up to me, to spend a few days there. Thanks to the host for their availability, during the last minute booking, and when adding multiple nights.

One of the best places I have stayed in via Airbnb - beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the capital. This apartment is well located with easy access to stores and restaurants and clubs. I totally loved my stay and would recommend this place to all. the staff are great and very welcoming. They are very caring and attentive to all your needs. The only issue I had was the speed of Internet connection - this was resolved quickly when raised. Thank you for a great stay, and i look forward to my next stay.

The view over the city is beautiful. The apartment is very nicely decorated and superbly equipped. Pascale, and her team are super friendly and helpful. We were happy to extend our stay.

Very spacious and well located flat just outside of the main strip of town. The guard Ndri is very kind and always happy to help. It is in a compound with a medical clinic and many other homes and this feels very secure. There are water and electricity cuts, but this is widespread in Antsirabe. The WiFi was a bit difficult to manage and not always optimal, but if that isn’t a priority then I definitely recommend this place for a short stay! I would have loved to stay longer if I had a bigger budget!

Our stay at Nirisoa's was great! The studio is just as described, small but completely functional. Its really nice to have a little outdoor patio and the home felt very safe. The location is great, walking distance to the grocery store, market stalls, cafes, gym, bank, and local restaurants. Nirisoa and her family are wonderful hosts, extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at Nirisoa's and we recommend it.
