Mohammed è un ottimo padrone di casa! Gentile, educatissimo, disponibile, simpatico, pronto a dare consigli, ce la mette tutta affinché il viaggio dei suoi ospiti sia perfetto. Mohammed è un ragazzo con la mentalità aperta al confronto, è innamorato della sua cultura di cui parla volentieri usando un ottimo inglese. Durante la mia permanenza ho avuto un piccolo problema di salute e ho ricevuto aiuti spontanei non richiesti ma molto apprezzati. La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita. L'alloggio, dal vivo, è più confortevole di come appare in foto, i servizi funzionano tutti. Lo spazio esterno, sempre fresco perché sotto le piante (splendidamente in fiore, al momento della mia visita) è perfetto per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Sul retro ci sono i fili per stendere il bucato, servizio molto utile per chi viaggia come me con un bagaglio minimal. Consiglio caldamente di soggiornare qui, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Le logement proposé par Fadi est idéal pour toute personne qui souhaite passer un séjour à la mer morte sans payer un rein pour séjourner dans un complexe hôtelier hors de prix. La localisation légèrement en retrait de la côte permet par ailleurs d’être un peu plus connecté à la vie des habitants de Sweimeh. Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description, est spacieux et confortable. Le concierge, Mostafa, est également très chaleureux, de bon conseil et à l’écoute des vacanciers. Notez enfin que le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux ! Quelques points supplémentaires : - L’appartement est situé dans le complexe hôtelier « Thara dead sea resort » (plus pratique pour localiser l’endroit sur Maps) ; - Pour dîner, nous avons mangé à Beit Sweimeh (à 10 minutes à pieds, sur conseil de Mostafa) et au Happiness Park restaurant (à 3 minutes de voiture, sur conseil de Fadi) plutôt que dans les grosses filiales ou le mall : c’est moins cher et on y mange mieux et plus local !

We had a great stay at Omars place! He was very friendly, easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions and directions. His mom met us to let us in and we were shocked at how big the apartment was in person! Very clean, lots of room for us, had all the amenities you'd need for a longer stay. It was walkable to all the major sights in Madaba but also very cool to be in a local neighborhood. I wish we had more time here but highly recommend booking this place when you are in the area!

We absolutely loved our week at this B and B. A very cozy space, comfortable bed, lots of natural light, quiet and very clean. The WIFI was good, shower was hot and kitchen well equipped for basic cooking. Close to all the Madaba sights (walkable), and also bus station. Friendly area, with fruit and veg shop, small supermarkets. Bigger shops 15 minute walk. The best host, so responsive and helpful. Thanks very much for a great stay!

The flat was great for a family very well described clean and tidy, Hamza and his family who lives downstairs are very welcoming and helpful i found it easy to communicate with them in both languages Arabic and English i also needed a proof of address during my visit for some reason and Hamza was so quick helping me out, the check out was very smooth, i will definitely come back,i would highly recommend this flat for any who’s looking for a family atmosphere (safe,quiet,peaceful) i also won’t hesitate to try another flats from Hamza listing after dealing with him. The place was absolutely amazing really felt like home. We stayed for two months and really felt comfortable. The house is spacious and comfortable for a big family. Ahmad was so kind and anything we needed he would help us with. We absolutely loved abou Shanab, the man that takes care of the building, he is extremely helpful and so kind. There’s everything you need around the house which was great too.

this was my second time in a short time that I stayed with Mohammed, it is a very nice location and also plenty to do, Abdali Mall right across from the apartment, surrounded by restaurants inside and outside the mall, the boulevard is also a stone's throw away, taxi rank, apartment has two balconies where you can sit and relax, the apartment is furnished in such a way that you really don't get bored staying inside for a day, clean, fresh and very neat, equipped kitchen with washing machine and refrigerator, Mohammed does everything he can to ensure that his guests have a good time, and always responds quickly to a message and regularly sends messages himself to ask if everything is still to their liking, and in just ten minutes by taxi you are in the old center, what you see is what you get !!! not lied to💯👍🏾

I had an amazing stay at this apartment – truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! From the warm and friendly reception to the exceptional cleanliness, everything was perfect. The location is excellent – very easy to access the city, restaurants, and major tourist attractions in Amman, Jordan. Everything was convenient and well thought out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amman. I would definitely come back again!

We stayed at this listing for two weeks between April and May. The location itself was spectacular. Right in a shopping center with the Abdali Mall across from the building and the area was filled with restaurants and cafes. It was a very lively area. The apartment building itself had an easily accessible garage that we were given a key card to. The apartment was a keypad entry. The apartment was clean and odor free. The bedrooms were comfortable. The balcony was beautiful and had furniture. Coffee and snacks were in the kitchen. Garbage chute conveniently placed on each floor. The TV had streaming services already set up. A friend of the lister, R’afet helped us into our building and brought our luggage upstairs when we initially arrived. He was always available to stop by if we needed assistance with anything. The lister himself had great communication skills and answered our messages immediately, even very late at night. Overall the stay and the location exceeded our expectations!
