Holiday rentals with beach access in Maceió

The Janet space is very cool, great location, spectacular view and close to everything, in addition to being in a very safe neighborhood. Bares, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy all within a short walk. Janet always showed concern for our well-being. We only have to thank you.

We stayed 6 days in Leila's apartment, as a family and we felt at home. Rosângela, responsible for hosting us, was wonderful for begging and very helpful The apartment is extremely clean, clean and fragrant linens, we will definitely be back. The kitchen has everything, a pressure cooker, baking sheets, we even made a lasagna lol. We just missed having a TV in at least one of the rooms, as we were with children, it would be nice to distract them a little. However, nothing prevents you from returning, because it was really worth it! The view from the bedroom and living room to the Pajuçara sea is unforgettable, it makes you want to live there lol thank you for everything and congratulations on taking care of the guests, we feel how much you care about every detail!

I stayed 5 days in April with my son and husband in Igor's apartment in Jatiuca, and I loved the stay. The apartment is the way the photos of the publication show, I was very well assisted to enter and when leaving. The apartment is super close to the waterfront and has everything we need nearby. I loved and indicated.

I loved staying in Marta's apartment. It is very well located for those who are touring. Both the crafts pavilion and the Pajuçara feirinha are practically ahead. It has several restaurants, and the Cameroon Emperor is well ahead. There is also the Frutos Goiás sorveteria, which offers different flavors. Marta was very kind to allow me to stay a few more hours.

I rented the 2 apartments! The 1004 needs to change the urgent stove, have defects and not be able to do anything! The 1003, the air-conditioning did not work 100% and needs a nice clean! The rest was all ok!

Super recommend this listing, we had a great passage through the apartment that is excellently located in Pajucara close to everything you need, with two nearby malls (3 and 6 km) and close to the point where we walk every day at the craft fair and the markets (100 and 800 meters) away. Casa located in good gated condominium with exclusive access to the beach and the Hibiscus Beach Club. Well equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Very nice. The beach, although still in the City of Maceió, is quite quiet, approximately 40 minutes from the center. It was what we were looking for to rest and relax. The host receives very well, very much requests, responds quickly, gives several tips on everything you need. I recommend and will be staying there next to Maceió.

we were a total of 35 days in maceio and in this house. Everything works as expected. The house was spotless when we received it and during our stay the casual issues were quickly addressed and fixed by Irwing. we were happy with everything. The place is wonderful for those of us who like away from downtown. The best beaches with few people are towards the north side. The house is well equipped and in good condition. The swimming pool is kept every day which is a pleasure after arriving from the beaches.

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is super spacious, well ventilated and very cozy. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! Everything was clean, organized and with a wonderful energy. The kitchen is super well-equipped, it had all the utensils we need, which made it very easy. The rooms are comfortable, the ventilation is great, and the common spaces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. In addition, the location is excellent, and communication was super quiet. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure
