Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maârif

Abdesssamad's apartment at the B Living building was fantastic. A great location straight across from the downtown train station. The old city was wonderful and I enjoyed haggling with the local Moroccan rug proprietor. In the end, I purchased two beautiful rugs hand woven by the women from the Moroccan mountains. This is a gem of a place, great location, and Abdesssamad's communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location as it is very safe and walkable. I will be sure to stay here again the next time I visit the beautiful and vibrant city of Casablanca!

Séjour parfait ! Le logement correspondait exactement aux photos, tout était propre et bien équipé. L’hôte était impeccable : réactif, sympathique et aux petits soins. De plus, le quartier est très calme et idéalement situé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement si vous passez sur Casa !

I highly recommend this place. Everything was exactly as described—the location is excellent, close to all major amenities. The interior design is well done, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and responsive. Honestly, it’s better than most hotels in Casablanca. I will definitely come back.

Un immense merci à Fouzia pour son accueil exceptionnel lors de mon séjour à Casablanca. Son logement était tout simplement parfait : propre, conforme à la description, bien situé, et avec tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Fouzia est une hôte en or. Toujours disponible, bienveillante, à l’écoute, elle a su rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable par sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Je n’ai rencontré aucun souci du début à la fin, tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. C’est simple : désormais, à chaque fois que je reviendrai au Maroc, je passerai par elle. Je recommande son logement les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui cherchent sérénité, propreté et un vrai sens de l’accueil. Encore merci pour tout!

La Villa est vraiment agréable et bien décorée et sécurisée. Il y a les équipements qu'il faut pour passer de bon moment en famille. A proximité à pied de la plage et de petit commerces pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Seul petit bémol si vous avez le sommeil légé vous entendrez de temps à autre des coqs et chien.

Un séjour parfait à Casablanca ! La villa était impeccable, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé, proche des principaux sites et commerces. Les lits étaient confortables, et l’espace de vie très lumineux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Bel endroit pour séjourner à mohammedia, à proximité de toute commodités, un endroit idéal pour une famille, calme et spacieux, identique à la description. Nabil a été très réactif à toutes mes questions, un endroit à recommander à mohammedia. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette charmante maison, avec notre fils et ses amis. Les enfants ont profité avec beaucoup de bonheur de la piscine, du salon extérieur sous le porche, de la table de ping pong et de la pièce panoramique à l'étage. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la nature environnante (nous avons fait la connaissance du faucon qui niche dans un des arbres creux du jardin). Mohamed Ali s'est montré très réactif, accommodant et accueillant. Il a été proactif en nous demandant ce dont nous aurions besoin, et tout était là à notre arrivée. Mustapha, le gardien, nous a accueillis à l'arrivée. Il est resté disponible tout du long pour répondre à nos question et nous aider en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, en famille ou entre amis.

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt genossen. Großstädte wie Casablanca und El Jadida waren mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin Nezha stand für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. Der Hausmeister war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles!

Je tenais a remercier Naufel pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité, sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Un hôte toujours aux petits soins et à l'écoute. L'appartement ressemble aux photos, parfaitement propre, l'emplacement est juste top. Toutes les commodités sont a proximité supermarchés, boucherie, restaurants, pressing, boulangeries, pharmacie... La résidence est tres calme, agréable et propre et elle est surveillée 24h/24. Tous le monde est vraiment adorable. Je me ferais une joie de revenir chez vous, Naufel! I had a great stay in Casablanca! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Lam was responsive and helpful throughout. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

C’est la deuxième fois que je réserve chez cet hôte, et encore une fois tout était parfait. Ce n’était pas le même logement que la première fois, mais la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous : logement propre, bien équipé et très confortable. L’hôte est toujours aussi réactif et accueillant. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.
