Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Upstairs there is a Queen and twin in a room, a futon in an open area, and two full beds in a room. Complete with a full size bathroom upstairs with a separate bathroom sink and shower area.

The Holiday House, a guest favorite at Holiday Hills Resort in Eddyville near Lake Barkley, features 4 bedrooms: 1 with a Queen bed, 2 with Full beds, and 1 with Twin bunk beds plus a Twin with trundle.
