The space

Situated within the gated Real del Mar residential resort, the villa’s private amenities include a gourmet kitchen, and expansive pool terrace. It’s an easy walk or short golf cart ride to the resort’s private beach, pools, and tennis courts.

With a rounded shape like a half moon (“media luna”), the villa’s lofty, panoramic vistas encompass the vast bay and Pacific horizon. Its modern-minimalist style accentuates the views and light, while the luminous white facades and terracotta rooftops invoke a Spanish Colonial essence. Multiple outdoor living areas on every level of the home include an infinity pool and outdoor bar. 

The open-concept interior features floor-to-ceiling windows and a large threshold to the dining veranda, forming a seamless space full of ocean breezes. Gallery-white walls exhibit a stunning collection of contemporary artwork and decor. Six king or queen bedrooms include 2 master suites and a private casita.

Just down the slope from the villa, Real del Mar offers a full-service spa, fitness facility, seafood-centric dining, and a beach club with 2 clay tennis courts. Other nearby destinations include the famed gold courses of Punta Mita, the coveted surf breaks of Sayulita, and the superb taquerias in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.
