The space

Follow the steps through the garden to this hilltop haven, where views over St. Jean Bay are finally revealed on a sun-splashed terrace with a heated infinity pool and a row of loungers. Have a drink in the shade of the covered alfresco sitting and dining areas, prep seafood on the barbecue, and finish the evening in a second outdoor living area on the rooftop.
The views of both St. Jean Bay and the Saline valley continue in the open-plan living area, thanks to walls of windows. The breeziness of the vaulted, whitewashed ceiling—a hallmark of Caribbean design—is matched by cool limestone floors and sleek pieces in the living and dining areas. A separate kitchen has a pass-through for easy access to the living area and outdoor dining area.
From the villa’s perch, it’s a 3-minute drive down to St. Jean Beach, home to some of the island’s hottest hotels and beach clubs, and a 15-minute drive to Grand Cul de Sac Beach, whose reef-protected bay is popular for wind sports.
