The space
Sunshine reflects on stone both polished and natural at this gleaming new built-into-the-hillside villa on Mallorca. The setting pays off in panoramic views across a lush valley and an inviting terrace with space for swimming, dining, and more. It’s also a 1.5-kilometer drive to the relatively quiet sands of Canyamel Beach, where you’ll find a lifeguard and beach bar but not crowds.

The pool deck is cut into the rock face, so the hill towers over the water while the mountains on the other side of the valley stretch out in front. Bring a book out to one of the loungers set around the pool, or bring a bottle from the wine fridge to sip at the alfresco dining area for 8.

Located in a unique environment, exceptional for its nature and its landscapes, we find the residential complex of Cap Vermell Estate, composed of 12 exclusive single-family villas. The dream place to live, surrounded by pure air and a few minutes from spectacular beaches and coves of fine and white sand. The houses rise on a plot of about 20 hectares overlooking the valley of Canyamel. The space is bounded by zones with the aim of ensuring low occupational density residential development and thus ensure its exclusivity, security, and comfort. There are currently 8 villas for sale, also available for vacation rental. All of them are spacious and have the highest quality finishes and magnificent views. They're definitely a place where you'll want to live.
