Tucked away on the quiet east side of the island, just 3 km from the charming harbour village of Porto Colom, this newly built home is a peaceful and private retreat. Surrounded by 1.6 hectares of Mediterranean gardens filled with citrus and lavender, the house offers space, comfort, and understated style across six double bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom and high-quality furnishings.

The living area is bright and elegant, with plush sofas, armchairs, a large HD TV, and a sound system for both indoor and outdoor use—perfect for relaxed evenings with family or friends. The sleek, white gloss kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, with both the kitchen and lounge leading straight onto a spacious terrace. In the evenings, the gardens are softly lit, creating a magical atmosphere for outdoor dining or winding down.

Outside, the 15m x 4m pool is surrounded by loungers and shaded spots, with a dedicated yoga area and a large covered barbecue space with a professional grill—ideal for long, lazy lunches or dinners under the stars.
