The space
The house is just five minutes from Porto Cristo on the east side of the island and about 15 minutes from the busy town of Manacor, perfectly located to access the areas nice restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches.
Situated on a 40,000 m2 sunny plot with direct sea views of Porto Cristo. The house is surrounded by vast lawns, Mediterranean plants, palm trees, various fruit trees and evergreen bushes. There is a great outdoor area with a huge pool (12m x 6m) ready for a dip at any time (can be heated in the cooler months), as well as three yoga areas. In addition, there is a chipping/putting green available free of charge within the grounds for golf enthusiasts (equipment not included).
The villa has eight bedrooms distributed over two floors, with air conditioning and heating throughout all living areas and bedrooms. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and very spacious each with its own en-suite bathroom, the latest TV, hi-fi equipment and large comfortable beds. The bathrooms are equipped with double sinks and glass shower cubicles.
The living room is captivating with its simple elegance and generous room dimensions. A large oak table is the perfect place for celebrating or having a relaxed get-together for the family or group. In addition, there is a library with classically designed chairs for browsing the great collection of books. It is a joyful place to spend your holiday with family and friends, but also enjoy moments of tranquillity.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire villa during your stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces, kitchen, pool, and any other private facilities the villa offers. No areas are shared, so you can enjoy complete privacy throughout your time with us.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 5 PM and check-out is by 11 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
