Positioned within a private 37,000m² forested plot, the property offers uninterrupted sea views and a peaceful setting. The 13m x 5m infinity pool extends across a wide terrace overlooking pine treetops, with the Mediterranean Sea visible beyond. This terrace is ideal for sunbathing during the day and offers a prime position for sunset viewing in the evening.

The villa is designed with a contemporary aesthetic, featuring polished white cement floors and clean architectural lines throughout. The open-plan living area includes lounge seating around a fireplace, a formal dining table for eight, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. All main living areas benefit from natural light and sea views to the south and east.

Outdoor amenities include lounge seating, multiple terraces, and an al-fresco dining space, creating a functional layout for entertaining or relaxation. The natural surroundings and elevated position enhance privacy while maintaining proximity to the island’s west coast attractions.

The villa includes six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and adaptable sleeping arrangements. Most beds can be configured as twins or doubles, offering flexibility for families or groups.

The surrounding neighbourhood is primarily residential, with a mix of modern villas, low-rise holiday homes, and a few boutique hotels. It has a quiet, exclusive feel, appealing to those seeking privacy and natural surroundings. While the area remains largely undeveloped compared to Ibiza’s more urban zones, it offers essential services and a handful of beach restaurants and bars, including well-known establishments such as Sunset Ashram.

Cala Conta is easily accessible by road and is approximately:

- 10 minutes by car from San José

- 20 minutes from San Antonio

- 30–35 minutes from Ibiza Town

- 25–30 minutes from Ibiza Airport

The beach itself is divided into smaller coves, some of which are suitable for families, while others are quieter and more remote. Water sports such as snorkelling, paddleboarding, and swimming are common due to the calm, shallow waters.
