Living Spaces
The main house features a split-level lounge and dining area with large windows, a fireplace, and multiple TVs (including 3D TV with glasses). Music is wired throughout at the touch of a button. The open-plan kitchen is fitted with everything you’d expect, including a double fridge-freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, grill, and dishwasher.
For more informal meals, there's a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ area beside the pool, great for sunny lunches or dinner under the stars. A third kitchen sits in the self-contained apartment, offering an open-plan lounge and dining space with garden access.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
