The space
This listing relates to the privatisation of two of the three buildings at La Bergerie d’Aix-en-Provence, a beautifully restored 11-hectare former agricultural estate located 20 minutes from Aix, in the heart of Provence.
Guests have access to the Grand Mas (6 bedrooms) and the Petit Mas (3 bedrooms), which can accommodate up to 18 people, offering a perfect balance between shared spaces and privacy.
On request, it is possible to add the Grange (a large games or work room, a dormitory for 4 people and a bedroom), allowing us to accommodate up to 24 people, corresponding to bedrooms 10 and 11 in the description. This makes it a very suitable tool for small business seminars.
The estate opens onto a wooded park, a swimming pool and a petanque court accessible at night, naturally extending the evenings in the calm of the pine forest.
Provence is a famous region of France, and the Bergerie d'Aix en Provence is the perfect base camp to enjoy it... if you can leave it. An internationally renowned golf course, Pont Royal, and excellent vineyards are just minutes away, while the charming little village of Saint-Cannat is less than 2 km away. Venture north-east into the Luberon mountains and its famous villages, Lourmarin, Ménerbes, Lacoste and many others, or discover the famous Calanques National Park and the Sainte Victoire Mountain, immortalised many times by the painter Paul Cézanne, to the south. You will always end up in the city of Aix-en-Provence, a 17th century architectural gem just 20 minutes away, famous for its markets as well as its multitude of restaurants. Finally, return to the Bergerie at the golden hour and enjoy a glass of local red wine "Côte de Provence" unless you prefer to watch a movie or share a game of pool and a beer at the Grange bar.
