Floor-to-ceiling glass covers the majority of Villa Leyla’s ocean-facing exterior, sliding seamlessly into the wall pockets when open to create a barrier-free environment. Fresh sea breeze flows as freely as satisfied party-goers, moving from the elegant, minimalistic interior on to the scenic terrace and lush lawns outside. If you need a break from the group, the private garden, wine cellar, and the library offer a little extra seclusion.
After visiting the local markets, wineries, and cheese shops of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat let Leyla’s state of the art kitchen inspire you to try your hand at some traditional French cuisine. Let the group try your creations in either the formal or alfresco dining area; both benefit from scenic ocean and mountain-view backdrops. After dinner, there’s no reason to end the creativity, mix up some cocktails, turn up the sound system, and then pop in the pool for a late-night dip.
The mountains and bays that surround Leyla give it a deceptively secluded atmosphere, which you’ll surely appreciate. However, within a few short minutes driving, you could be relaxing on Paloma Beach, perusing the boutique shops of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, or dancing the night away in Nice. Head away from the mountains, and you can test out your luck at the Monte Carlo Casino in Monaco, 15-kilometers east.
