The space
Mykonos is a stunning luxury villa on the southwest coast of Ibiza, minutes from Platges de Comte (Cala Conta Beach) and Cala Bassa Beach Club. The newly built home is situated within 33 Calaconta, a secure enclave of independent villas that balance contemporary style with rustic charm and sustainable principles. Nestled on 1,000 square meters of private land, Mykonos features ample outdoor living areas—including an infinity swimming pool and beautiful dining patio—while its luminous interiors include excellent entertainment features, spacious living and dining areas, and a gourmet kitchen. Four superb bedrooms (plus an additional room with queen bed) accommodate families and groups of friends up to eight in size. Guests enjoy access to the enclave's health center, with a gym, sauna, and plunge pool.

Nestled amid lush hedges, the villa opens to a 130-square-meter terrace with sweeping views of the coastal landscape. Step into the swimming pool for a refreshing dip, and bask in the Mediterranean light on lovely sunbeds. Sip delicious wine in the covered lounge area, and gather for alfresco meals in the enchanting breeze.

Wide glass doors join the veranda with the interior living room, inhaling the sea-kissed air into the home. The open-concept space features a comfortable lounge with TV and fireplace, a beautiful dining table for ten, and a fully equipped kitchen with chef-grade appliances and abundant natural light. The interior and alfresco dining areas are gracefully connected, forming an ample space for dinner parties. The cozy downstairs media room is perfect for quiet downtime or late-night movies. Air conditioning ensures comfort in all seasons.

The bedrooms offer serene private havens for afternoon siestas and restful nights. There is one suite with a king bed, two suites with queen beds, and one suite with two twin beds, as well as an additional room with queen bed. All of the rooms feature ensuite bathrooms. One of the rooms opens directly to the pool terrace, and three of the rooms enjoy private entrances from the yard.

From this private retreat, you're just a few minutes from some of the finest beaches on the island, as well as the lovely town of Sant Jordí. Ibiza Town is about twenty-six kilometers away.
