Located in the prestigious Pontoquito neighborhood of Punta Mita, Casa La Caleta spares no expense when it comes to enjoying and embracing its beautiful waterfront setting. The subject of many architectural magazines, this luxurious six bedroom villa is the pinnacle of seaside living in Mexico. Nearby, you’ll find golf, water sports, whale watching, adventure sports, the city of Puerto Vallarta, and, follow the steps off the back terrace, and you’ll find Casa La Caleta’s private waterfront.
Celebrating its gorgeous natural surroundings, Casa La Caleta utilized clean lines to blend indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly, not only inviting fresh sea breeze and natural sunlight in but also increasing the hosting space and social flow of the villa. The interiors are adorned with designer furnishings, state of the art electronics, and lavish fixtures and finishings in bedrooms and their en-suites.
Outside, you’ll love cooling off in the saltwater swimming pool, rejuvenating in the adjacent hot tub, and gazing upon the ocean view from the alfresco dining area and several outdoor lounges. At dinner, grill up something fresh from a local market or try out the pizza oven on the terrace. After, settle in for a quiet movie night in the home theatre or turn up the sound system and keep the party going. Down on the waterfront, you’ll have the use of an inflatable boat and two kayaks. And, there’s beach umbrellas, chairs, and snorkeling equipment as well.
The nearest towns to Casa La Caleta are El Anclote and Sayulita, both are within a few kilometers and have several options for dining and shopping. For even more selection, nightlife, and adventure tourism head to Puerto Vallarta, which is about a half hour’s drive. When it’s time to hit the beach, Kupuri, Residents, and St. Regis are all popular and pristine beach clubs, none more than seven kilometers from home.
