But you’ll likely want to spend most of your time in the sleek, bright great room, which has a sitting area laid out around a fireplace, an expansive dining area and a bar. While the chef service covers everything from daily breakfast and afternoon tea to pre-dinner canapés, there is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Each of the thirteen bedrooms at this massive vacation rental has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, including a honeymoon-worthy master suite that opens to its own balcony with a cedar soaking tub. Most of the beds can be converted to two twin beds should you need more flexible accommodations.

As its name suggests, No.14 Verbier is a short walk—or chauffeur-driven ride—from skiing, shopping and dining in town. A 2-minute walk will bring you to the base of Le Rouge slope; at the end of the day, stop at the popular bar at the bottom of the piste for an après-ski that’s conveniently on your way back to the chalet.
