The space
This unbelievable and very grand villa is located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic areas along the Amalfi Coast. It is conveniently located between the two historical towns of Amalfi and Maiori, in a very strategic and exclusive position The main villa is a 5-story villa, but there are an additional 6 levels of terrace space which can be used by the guests, which go directly down to the waterfront. There is 15,000 sq. feet of private park with one’s direct access to the sea. In early 2020, it will be realize an elevator inside the main building connecting the 5 floors of the house from the rooftop to the big covered loggia below.
Le Terrazze al Mare is a grand oceanfront villa located in one of the most beautiful areas along the Amalfi Coast. Conveniently situated between the two historical towns of Amalfi and Maiori, this luxury villa offers immaculate panoramas and makes an ideal starting point for excursions along the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts, Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum.
While the villa encompasses five stories, the grounds include six levels of terrace space which ultimately lead down to the waterfront. The rooftop deck includes an enormous parquet floor with various dining tables, sun umbrellas and a full kitchen unit. A new sauna is located inside a stone grotto with a massage table. Private sunbathing platform areas abound, with direct access to the sea. Your reservation includes Wi-Fi access and housekeeping.
The entrance hallway at Le Terrazze al Mare is filled with delightful decorative pieces, paintings and a cast iron candelabra. The hall leads into the living room, a comfortable space with a fireplace and great views. The kitchen features an intercom, a five-range stovetop, a large oven, a flat screen television and a small island. The kitchen enjoys direct access to a covered dining terrace with a large wooden table.
