The space
This 14,000 square feet Villa has 4 grand master suites, 1 rooftop loft suite with a private sun terrace and kitchenette, 3 pools, and a large gym. Each grand master suite has an air-conditioned walk-in dressing room, double jet showers, an infinity-edge bathtub, double sinks, and a bathroom lounge area with a daybed for reading or simply lounging.
Two suites occupy the main floor, while the Loft suite is on the upper level. Each of the two ground-floor grand master suites has its own living/dining areas, patio, pool with hot tub, and kitchen.
You are greeted with smiling faces and chill towels. The moment you enter the villa, the stunning panoramic view unfolds. The sunken living room with the beautiful vaulted hardwood ceiling overlooks the pool and ocean. With postcard-perfect views of the lagoon, the Caribbean Sea, and neighboring St. Martin, this villa redefines a luxury escape.
Enjoy three pools. The main level infinity pool with a built-in hot tub is 3 feet to 6 feet deep. The lower deck pools with built-in hot tubs are only 3 feet to 4 feet deep, perfect for small children and adults having a wonderful time.
The six-seater golf carts are a fun two-minute ride to Maundays Bay Beach, which is undeniably gorgeous. You have complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and bottled water on Maundays Bay Beach. You also have signing privileges at Belmond Cap Juluca restaurants, bars, gift shops, tennis courts, and a spa. Having this relationship with Belmond Cap Juluca is genuinely unique. This is the best of both luxury accommodations. After a day at the beach, return to your private paradise.
