Set amidst 40,000 m² of Ibizan countryside near Santa Eulalia, this newly built property combines traditional Mediterranean architecture with modern luxury. The 720 m² main residence and adjoining pool house are surrounded by expansive gardens, fruit trees, and mountain views. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun terraces with lounges and umbrellas, and extensive parking with garage access.

The pool house features an air-conditioned lounge/chill-out room, a dining area for 16, full kitchen, barbecue, two showers, two toilets, a 55″ TV, and can be closed off for events as a dance floor—ideal for private gatherings or celebrations.

Indoors, the villa offers multiple social spaces, including a lounge with fireplace and satellite TV, a formal dining room, a library, a laundry room, a wine cellar, and several terraces. A Siemens-equipped kitchen provides high-end appliances such as fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave-grill, fryer, and griddle. Air conditioning and Wi‑Fi are available throughout, and the property is stocked with all essential household items, including quality kitchenware, bed linen, and towels.
