This spectacular oceanfront villa in St. Martin is located within Terrasse de Cul de Sac, within minutes of Orient Beach, Anse Beach Club, and Hope Estate. Newly renovated, the villa features a private boat dock and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Pinel Island. Ample alfresco living and dining spaces along with exquisite interiors set the stage for an unforgettable island escape, while six deluxe bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) comfortably accommodate families, groups of friends, and destination wedding guests.

Savor dreamy days in the Caribbean sun, floating in the infinite swimming pool, sipping cool cocktails on elegant loungers or sumptuous sunbeds, and beholding the sublime ocean views. Launch your boat or kayak onto the vast expansive of scintillating sea, and return to a delicious barbeque at the alfresco table. At sunset and at night, linger outdoors in the lanai's ample lounge, relishing the dreamy island breeze.

An open wall joins the lanai and the interior living areas, allowing you to savor the ocean's enchanting presence all evening long. Adjacent indoor and alfresco living areas form an expansive, seamless space for entertaining guests. The luminous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances, and one of its windows serves as the lanai's bar. Beside the kitchen, a lovely table is perfect for morning coffee or breakfast. The villa includes six extraordinary bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and furnished terrace areas, providing wonderfully placid privates spaces for downtime and rest. Five of the suites feature king beds and one has two twin-size bunk beds. Four of the six bedrooms enjoy ocean views.
