The space
Discover the Puerto Vallarta area in good company at Villa Amapas Estate. With two houses, a total of eight bedrooms and a full staff, the villa can accommodate up to 22 guests. An oceanfront location, pools, patios and beautiful landscaping make the property a tempting place to spend a week or more, but beaches and golf are just a short drive away.
Each of the estate’s two houses boasts a heated infinity pool, a patio with sitting and dining areas, a barbecue and a bar, all with ocean views, as well as a garden and fountains. Inside, both Villa Amapas North and Villa Amapas South have satellite television, DVD players, Wi-Fi and a water purification system. There are both ceiling fans and air conditioning, and elevators ensure the estate is accessible to everyone.
The property’s open-plan living areas are spacious and welcoming, with room for everyone to gather. In both houses, wide glass doors can be opened to let in the sea breeze, while a combination of wicker sofas and built-in seating is comfortable and casual. Villa Amapas North has a dining area with seating for eight, and Villa Amapas South can seat ten. Though cook service is included in your stay, both villas have fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars.
The seven bedrooms are divided between the two houses. Villa Amapas North has one bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, terrace access and ocean views, and a second bedroom with a king bed, terrace access and ocean views. The house’s other bedroom have two queen size beds and an additional bedroom has two twin beds, terrace access and ocean views, respectively. In Villa Amapas South, you’ll find two bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, terrace access and ocean views, one bedroom with two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom, terrace access and ocean views, and one bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, terrace access and ocean views. A spare room holds two twin beds if your party needs additional bedding.
Your stay at Villa Amapas Estate is an 13.1 km drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Once you’ve arrived, it’s a 2.3 km drive to the Medasist hospital, 10.3 km to downtown Puerto Vallarta and 21.6 km to the Vallarta Botanical Gardens. Soak in the sun at Conchas Chinas and Los Muertos beaches, both a 10-minute walk from the villa, Playa Camarones, 6.4 km away, or Playa de Oro, 10.3 km away. Play a round at Nuevo Vallarta Golf Course or Mayan Palace Golf Course, both 24 km away, or Flamingos Golf Course, 28.4 km away.
