Newly-built Allamanda Villa is one of our most family-friendly Jamaica villa rentals. Located 15 minutes from the lively town of Montego Bay on two acres of manicured grounds, this fully-staffed villa includes beach club membership at the exclusive Round Hill resort.
Allamanda Villa offers the amenities of a Caribbean luxury resort, with the comfort and privacy of home. With Caribbean Sea views and a beach entry, the saltwater infinity pool is surrounded by inviting sun loungers, swaying palm trees and a whirlpool spa. Private on-site activities include a billiards table, ping pong, a playscape for kids and a half-basketball court.
The Allamanda Villa staff will cater to your every need, and include a butler, chef, two chambermaids, laundress, driver and night manager. Also offering a warm welcome are the villa’s two friendly Jamaican brown dogs, which can be kept in their ample dog run during the day upon request.
This luxury villa is all one level, with spacious and bright interiors. The great room alone is 1,500 square feet with vaulted ceilings and 50 feet of sliding glass doors that open onto an expansive outdoor terrace. The décor is simple, clean and modern with lots of natural wood accents. The eighty five foot covered terrace offers a comfortable place to dine or sip a frozen cocktail at the bar, out of the midday sun.
A stay at the Allamanda Villa includes the use a 12-seat passenger van and driver service, available 24 hours a day. It’s a quick 10-minute drive to the golf course at Tryall, and only one minute to the exclusive Round Hill Resort, where guests of the villa enjoy complimentary beach club membership as well as access to the resort’s tennis and fitness facilities.
