The space
With ten spacious bedrooms, including two private guest casitas, Hacienda Caracol comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests. The master suite offers a jetted tub and ocean views, while the rooftop suite opens directly to panoramic terraces. Designed for large families, retreats, and celebrations, the villa balances generous space with the ease of a fully serviced stay.
• Hacienda Caracol is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, just 15 minutes north of Tulum town. The setting combines privacy, safety, and natural beauty while remaining close to Tulum’s vibrant dining and culture.
• Daily chef service is included from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Groceries are billed at cost plus a 35% service fee. We recommend budgeting $30–40 USD per person per day for three meals.
• With ten bedrooms and spacious common areas, the villa is designed for large groups. It’s ideal for family reunions, retreats, or milestone celebrations.
• Your dedicated concierge will greet you on arrival and remain available to coordinate every detail, from airport transfers to excursions.
• Housekeeping, pool care, and beach maintenance are provided daily for a seamless stay.
• Complimentary kayaks and snorkel gear are available to explore the calm waters of Soliman Bay.
• All bedrooms feature AC, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms, and personal safes for comfort and peace of mind.

At Hacienda Caracol, the entire villa is yours, including 8 beautifully designed bedrooms in the main house and 2 private guest house suites, perfect for extra privacy. Lounge by the beachfront pool, enjoy breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace, or dine al fresco in the outdoor lounge areas. Take advantage of direct beach access, complimentary kayaks and snorkeling gear, and daily chef service (8 AM - 6:30 PM). With 24-hour bay security, concierge, and housekeeping, every detail is taken care of.

Seasonal Beach Conditions
Due to seasonal weather patterns and ocean currents, sargassum seaweed may occasionally accumulate along the shoreline. This is a natural and common occurrence in the region.
Our staff conducts daily beach cleaning to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, though the presence of seaweed can vary depending on seasonal conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
Security Cameras
For guest safety and property security, surveillance cameras are installed in key exterior areas of the property. Specifically, there are: Street entrance (1 cameras, parking view), Garden entrance (1 camera) & Beach area (1 camera).
All cameras are used exclusively for security purposes. If preferred, they may be deactivated upon request; however, doing so is not recommended for safety reasons.
Maximum Guest Capacity
The villa accommodates a maximum of 24 guests.
- Any request to exceed this number must be submitted in advance and is subject to management approval and an additional fee of $85 USD per person, per night.
- Unapproved additional guests are not permitted.
Events and Music Policy
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of Soliman Bay and comply with local community standards, the following policies are strictly enforced:
- Events, gatherings, or celebrations are not allowed unless explicitly approved by management prior to your stay.
- All event requests must include full details (nature of the event, number of attendees, vendor involvement). Approval is at the discretion of management and may involve additional fees.
- Non-registered guests must obtain a $50 USD day pass. Advance notice is required.
- Outside vendors—including private chefs, spa professionals, musicians, decorators, photographers, or those contracted through third-party agencies—are only permitted with prior written approval and may be subject to vendor fees.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music outside or disruptive noise during these times.
