The space
This villa is a well-designed and privately located property on Ibiza’s west coast, offering wide sea views and direct outlooks towards Es Vedrà. The villa is positioned close to some of the island’s most notable beaches, including Cala d’Hort and Cala Carbó, and enjoys uninterrupted sunsets throughout much of the year.
The property is set across several tiers, with sun terraces, shaded seating, and two swimming pools. The lower terrace features a summerhouse that opens onto a natural stone terrace with two Balinese-style daybeds and an 8m x 4m swimming pool. A large dining table seating ten and a barbecue make this area particularly well-suited for outdoor dining.
Above this, a second terrace includes shaded sofa seating beneath a cabana-style roof. Higher still, a further 12m x 4m pool sits on its own terrace with sun loungers and uninterrupted views out to sea. There are also additional seating areas, including bench seating beneath a wooden pergola and a smaller dining area for six.
Inside, the villa is light and understated, with whitewashed walls, polished concrete floors, and a clean, neutral palette. Furnishings and decor include references to Balinese design and a mix of relaxed and practical spaces, with an open-plan living and dining area connected to a bright kitchen.

Apartment 1 (separate from the main house) - King size bed (180 x 200), ensuite bathroom with shower, lounge area, fireplace, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer. Private entrance and access to a terrace.
- Bedroom 5
Apartment 2 (separate from the main house) - King size bed (180 x 200), ensuite bathroom with shower, lounge area, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer. Also features a private entrance and terrace access.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
