An incredible location, we are so grateful to have had the sweet, quiet community of the West Bank to come home to after our "expeditions". The original cob architecture of the house with the Egyptian blue glass windows is Instagram inspiration for days! Ragab went above and beyond host duties in that he organized our explorations of the area with his Egyptology/Archeology expertise and helped us coordinate all the unforeseen travel logistics very cost effectively. Wouldn't have been as wonderful a trip had we stayed anywhere else.

Thank you for a wonderful time at Villa Shams. We had a fantastic time. The house manager Abdu was brilliant in making sure we had everything we needed. He also made some wonderful meals for us.

Villa Luxor Rose ist ein relativ großes und modernes Haus. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Momo war super. Wenn ich fragen hatte war er sofort zur Stelle. Danke das ich dich kennen lernen durfte. This house was hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Egypt so far .the villa had a modern finish with great architecture with all amenities provided .the countryside setting made it a peaceful retreat .locals were friendly and helpful .Luxor is full of many ancient sites due it history of being the former capital of ancient Egypt .you literally feel like you spending the night with the pharaohs.If you want a true sense of what Egypt is like then I highly recommend choosing this place and I will definitely be staying again.thank you to everyone who made this an enjoyable experience

This is definitely the best place to stay in Louxor ! Ahmed picked us up at the ferry and arranges everything for us, it was super super kind. The room was super clean and comfortable, you will get everything you need there for a long stay : coffee, microwave, fridge, boiler, washing machine. The rooftop is also really nice. We wich we could have stay longer. Everything has been done with good care. We will come back and recommend it 200%. Thank you Ahmed !

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad! Mohamed was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij reageerde direct op al onze vragen en regelde alles tot in de puntjes. Hij had twee dagen vol onvergetelijke activiteiten voor ons gepland en zorgde ervoor dat we ons nergens zorgen over hoefden te maken. De accommodatie zelf was ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Dankzij Mohamed hebben we optimaal van onze reis kunnen genieten. Absolute aanrader!

Great Air Bnb in Luxor that housed six adults comfortably. The photos do not do the space justice - each space is beautiful, very comfortable and well decorated. Each room had it's own air conditioner, making it ideal for how large of a place it was in warmer months and each persons preference. Host was quick to respond with any questions and helped with check in to ensure we were comfortable. Perk of rental is the option to add tours, private meals, and drivers / airport pick up. Being able to swim for a few hours and enjoy a private dinner, home cooked, was so incredible and a highlight of our trip. Would recommend and would love to come back.

RECOMMEND IT! Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is very good in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. I loved returning to the apartment after a long day to a clean and refreshing pool! Mohamed is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. I had a great stay and if I ever visit Luxor in the future I will stay here again!

Fantastic guy very helpful nothing to much for him..Sorted lifts from and to station. Sorted my freind a hotair balloon trip for next morning.. Got son to show us to local restraunt as it was getting dark.. Got me drinks and medicine as I had a bug. Many thanks..

We spent 5 unforgettable nights at this beautiful, spacious villa on the West Bank of Luxor. The decor was elegant and full of local charm, and the large private pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing after sightseeing. What made our stay truly special were Gaber and Mohammed. Gaber was incredibly helpful, arranging guided tours, transportation, and airport pickup and drop off, making everything smooth and stress-free. Mohammed went above and beyond—he prepared delicious daily meals, stopped by the market for us, kept the fridge stocked, and even made sure the garden lights were on each evening to create a magical atmosphere. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. Every aspect of the villa—from the peaceful surroundings to the outstanding service—was perfect. Whether you’re exploring temples or just soaking in the serene ambiance, this is the ideal home base in Luxor. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa and hope to return!
