Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Luxembourg

This was near the LuxExpo which was the location for the start and end of the Luxembourg Ing Marathon in 2025 so it was an ideal location. LuxExpo was easy within walking. There is a nice mall close with lots of bakeries and convenience stores and a cinema. Ideal location for me. I was on my own. Roger is very friendly and speaks excellent English, German and French. Will happily stay here whenever I visit. One thing his apartment lacks is a full length mirror. Need a nice big mirror - it’s important to look your best! 🤣. I also prefer thicker duvet bedding but overall the apartment was fantastic. Luxembourg has free public transport and the location is within the main bus stop to the airport (Number 16 bus) and you can get to anywhere easily. Luxembourg is lovely and Roger has a nice location and a good guy. Very responsive and flexible when I was very tired and needed to check in earlier.

We had a wonderful experience. The place was spotlessly clean and located in a quiet and peaceful setting. We will be back!

This was a lovely area to stay! Not far from public transportation, parks, and restaurants. The house was large, accommodating, clean and peaceful. We loved our stay!

Mayke is a great host, very responsive and very friendly and re-active for any small extra things needed throughout the stay. the old renovated farmhouse has a cosy, unique touch, good for a family, great space. upstairs is a swing installed, the kids loved it. Location was great if you like to experience the tranquility and peacefulness of a small luxembourg village. you probably are better off to have a car, because there is not so much around in the immediate vicinity. also parking can occasionally be a bit cumbersome when the recommended places (e.g. Gemeng, bar) are fully parked due to certain events. Overall, a nice and very unique place, great with the family (no TV!) to enjoy the luxembourg country side. thanks Mayke!

Very nice place in a great location, good access to public transit and secure on site parking if needed. The bedrooms are split between several floors which is nice for privacy. There are also a few balconies to enjoy. There are stairs between floors which are hard floor, which might be a challenge for some.

Droomhuis midden in de natuur. Het huisje is met liefde voor originele details opgeknapt tot een knusse moderne woning. Bij aankomst troffen we alle bedden opgemaakt, meer dan voldoende badhanddoeken in de badkamer, een volledig ingerichte keuken met linnengoed en alles brandschoon. We hebben genoten van de houtkachel in de woonkamer en bij mooi weer van de tuin. De winkels zijn met 10 minuten rijden goed te bereiken. Een aanrader!

Lors de notre anniversaire de mariage nous avons fait escale en moto chez Olivier, la météo etait vraiment mauvaise et nous avons demandé pour arriver plus tot. Olivier nous a tout de suite dit oui. Il nous a vraiment bien reçu et il etait vraiment disponible pour notre bien être. Le logement et l'environnement valent vraiement le detour, nous y reviendrons c'est certain. Merci pour tout 👍💪

Beautiful view and very cute quaint town. Super nice area to stay for a few nights and we really enjoyed it

Would come back and stay again; a bit of work to figure things out, but once settled in, it feels like home. I am from out of country, so this is my first AirBnB abroad. Cheers to this stay and the hosts for being incredibly helpful and kind.

Mooie, goed verzorgde accomodatie in een woonwijk, een paar km van Ettelbruck. Een vriendelijke host, ze woont naast de huuraccommodatie. Alles zag er heel goed verzorgd uit. Een aanrader. We, twee broers, waren met de fiets. De fietsen hebben beneden in de hal gestaan. Duidelijke instructies om het appartement binnen te komen d.m.v. cijfercodes.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir haben schöne Tage verbracht.

bedankt voor het verblijf in jullie mooie appartement. het appartement ligt op loopafstand van differdange centrum en en luxemburg stad is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Spent four nights here for a wedding. Looks as advertised. Easy to find, check in and check out was simple and the space was clean. Communication was good. Value and cost matched.

What a lovely studio-apartment !! Clean, calm and equipped with all necessary amenities. Let me not get started on the balcony and the view from it 😍... WoW. The only inconvenience is that there isn't much to do around the place... but one could take bus 4 or 30 to Theatre tram station and from there to the heart of the city. Again, the balcony and the view are just amazing... I totally recommend this place.

Hanna was a really nice host - timely and clear communication and she welcomed me in person and showed me how everything works. The place itself is very nice, clean, and spacious. It is even bigger than it looks in the photos, I would say. The location is also a plus: precisely halfway between the bus and the train station bit in a calm & quiet location. Overall, I can recommend:)

We hadden een heerlijke week in Larochette. De woning is prima gelegen voor uitstappen in de hele regio, en voorzien met alles wat we nodig hadden. De communicatie met Tom en Carmen verliep heel vlot. We komen graag terug.

We had a lovely stay in Giulias Appartment. Close to the city center, neat and tidy.

Alles lief problemlos und der Gastgeber war kommunikativ und sehr hilfreich. Alles einfach zu finden und die Lage war für uns (Marathonläufer) ideal. Für Gäste die Kochen wollen, ist die Küche eventuell nicht perfekt ausgestattet, aber damit sind wir auch klar gekommen - ah und ein guter Supermarkt ist sehr nah, das war hilfreich.

J’ai passé un très agréable moment dans l’appartement de Sarah. L’appartement est confortable, bien équipé et très propre. J’ai apprécié le contact avec Sarah toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions éventuelles. Le quartier est aussi très agréable, proche de tout. Je recommande la promenade Erable dans la forêt « Bambesch » très sympa ainsi qu’un jeu de société Unlock! pour l’apéro. Je fais de temps en temps l’allé retour au Luxembourg. Et c’est la meilleure location que j’ai fait à ce jour. Je ne peux que conseiller cet appartement pour ceux qui sont de passage au Luxembourg. Olivier.

die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. mit dem Bus kann man nach Luxemburg fahren, an Werktagen gibt es viele Verbindungen Sonntags muss man etwas suchen.

J’ai séjourné ici environ un mois à mon arrivée au Luxembourg le temps de trouver un logement et je me suis sentie très bien accueillie. Le logement est agréable, calme et bien situé. On s’y sent vite chez soi. Emanuela et Alberto ont été disponibles et attentionnés. Je recommande vivement !

Michel ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der seinen Gästen einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage in Luxembourg ermöglicht. Sein Appartement ist top gemütlich eingerichtet, geräumig und in Zentrumsnähe und bei guter Verkehrsanbindung absolut perfekt gelegen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
