Detached vacation home on a quiet street in Tohogne. The house has a large fenced garden with beautiful views. There is a garden pavilion with an extra terrace and a tree house. Interior area: +-200m2 with a spacious entrance hall, kitchen, living room, toilet, room, bathroom and storage room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom, bathroom and a sitting/play room. In the attic, there is another large bedroom. The house is NOT available for rent for parties, bachelor parties or youth weekends.

All commodities within walking distance (< 1,5 km) including the Ravel cycling network. Swimming in the lake in agreement with the owner.

Le dimanche, vous profitez de la maison jusqu'à 20h. Semaine = vendredi 17h à vendredi 10h ou lundi 17h au lundi 10h. Maison mitoyenne à Bande dans un village calme des Ardennes belges. Beaucoup de place pour un total de 14 personnes. Dehors : un grand jardin, une table de ping-pong, une belle terrasse en bois, un espace feu de camp, un barbecue et des meubles de jardin. Places de parking prévues en suffisance devant la maison et juste après. Borne pour recharge électrique (payement en sus).

Charming gîte for peace and nature lovers!

For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.
