Casa Marmota es una cabaña renovada, donde podrás conectar con la naturaleza dentro del bosque y relajarte escuchando el río y las aves. La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones, 4 baños, zona de fogata, tina de hidromasaje, zona de asador, comedor exterior, sala de TV e internet. Está ubicada a solo 3 minutos en coche de la calle principal de Avandaro. Deberás bajar varios escalones para llegar a la casa. No apta para personas con poca movilidad. Puede haber tierra o polvo en el area exterior.

It's an amazing country house in an avocado orchard. Located in San Juan Atezcapan, a short distance from Valle de Bravo. It is ideal for retreats and getaways from the city, for days of rest and disconnection. It is set up in two blocks. In one part are the common areas, a living room, dining room, kitchen with a bathroom, and an outside breakfast bar. Immediately to one side are the rest areas. A master bedroom with a king-size bed, closet, terrace, and its own bathroom.
