Upstairs 7 bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms (5 double rooms) and 1 small room 1 pers bed 90 X 190 cm + all the equipment for 4 babies: 2 beds 60 X 150 cm -up to 5 years-, travel bed + bed-bench in +, soft baby park, bath and 2 new bath chairsborn and baby, toys... And 1 very large and beautiful bright dorm-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds or 12 beds 1 person, toys. So 23 persons. Large closets available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie. House well heated in winter. On the ground floor: - English lounge: games room for teenagers and adults: billiards, darts. - Moroccan lounge: new big TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading room and rest. - Main living room of 50m2 with large fireplace, piano. - Large bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee,...). House 500m from the road so no danger for the little ones. From the large room, you can see the mountain range of the Pyrenees. Very quiet. Cleaning after you leave. Arrival time: 5 pm Departure time: 10am for weekly rental, 16 pm for weekend rental. Sheets, large quality towels, bath mats, tea towels and bibs provided on request at a price of 400 € (package) per week only. This is an option to pay on the site. Archery activity at home by reservation (Parcours des portes des Couserans). All amenities in the village at 2 km (caterer butcher Capel, large supermarket open all day and Sunday morning, quality bakeries, primeur and organic department store, butchers, local market, beauty institute, service station, pharmacy, medical and dental office, osteopath, garagiste, etc...). Having 3 of our children in higher education, the household maintenance expenses are heavy! We have therefore decided to rent it when we are not there and thus optimize our equipment and services by positioning ourselves towards the high end. Our South-West region is so beautiful, so rich, that we want to share it! Rates vary according to the period. Free all year on request. Not suitable for large weddings (sloping terrain making it difficult to set up tents), only for small weddings of about 30 to 70 people (maximum 23 people can sleep on site) Parties and parties permitted under certain conditions. The old forge

The old forge will allow you to recharge your batteries in the small village of Boussan. The cottage is located in the former bistro, it has been fully renovated while keeping the soul of the old building. The fenced garden will allow you to relax. Meals can be enjoyed in the old blacksmith's workshop and grilled in the old forge. 50 meters from the stadium, the petanque court,… the cottage is located, halfway between Tarbes, Toulouse and Spain less than 1 hour.

Gîte de la Houlette
