Vous disposerez de une terrasse, jardin Parking x 2 voitures,le lieu parfait pour visiter nôtre région! Idéale couple avec 2 enfants ou 3 adultes. Stunning window views of the Montagne vineyard. Close to the vineyards of Saint-Émilion and Pomerol. Restaurants nearby. Bakery and grocery store in village 1.5km We have a very nice Breton spaniel dog.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.
