Silvia is very friendly and predisposed. The apartment is on floor 2 and is accessed by stairs. It is spacious, comfortable and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has parking in the building. Super recommended.

Andi was an excellent host. Clear and objective communication, always available! In addition, the house is exactly as in the photos… Huge plot, two super clean bathrooms, kitchen with utensils, the rooms were extremely fragrant, with clean bed and bath linens, and Andi even left some cookies for our check in! Nickel house 👌 as described with garden, barbecue, hanging rack, nothing missing. Very quiet neighborhood We felt right at home. Alain and Carla are very responsive and very kind, we thank them very much. We will come back to their home without hesitation.

Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

Tatiana's apartment is very complete, comfortable and its decoration is beautiful. The complex in which it is located is quiet and safe. It has parking. Very close to the airport and Asunción. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

christina is super responsible and does everything to make your place always perfect and comfortable. And if we need something it is responding right away. The place is super nice.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Excellent apartment! Good location in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very nice, fully equipped, with two full rooms with two double beds and split in each, a small balcony with a beautiful view. The carriageway enters a car quietly, I don't know if a truck or a long car. And to highlight the guards of the building, very friendly and helpful! Surely we will come back without a doubt! 100% recommended!

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.
