Holiday rentals with beach access in Luqa

Apart from the black out situation due to the recent instruction work at Balluta, my overall experience in Martina's Seaview penthouse is top notch and truly one of kind. Not gonna be bored with balcony, bring good mood with the view every morning, let alone a place to have breakfast/dinner/hanging out. The interior is thoughtful and detailed in showcasing the local culture with a contemporary twist. Everything is clean and neat. Both hosts are super helpful. Highly recommended if you would stay beyond St Julians or Valletta, where you will not disappoint fr. Thank you!

We as a family of four had a great time at the apartment! Everything was just perfect! We had everything we needed. The apartment is huge, the view from all the windows is stunning. We had access to all the supermarkets and restaurants in a walking distance. The best experience to visit Malta and feel like home! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful for all the situations. Looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay with Justin. He always responded in a timely manner and checked up on us frequently. His place is truly beautiful. It is quite spacious and perfect for a nice vacation. The apartment has an insane view!!! It’s in a quiet little town by the sea. The bus stop is super close to the apartment and the bus leads you straight to Valletta. There are a few little shops in the city, check Justin’s guide because it’s a lot more accurate than google maps. Malta is lovely all year round and we definitely plan to visit again :)

Edward was a great host, answered questions directly, had a free interim cleaning, the best. Can recommend without restrictions. If I go to Malta again, I will go there again immediately.

Diane’s place is well situated in Sliema, a busy tourist centric area. For those that are looking for an authentic Maltese experience, perhaps consider Floriana or closer to Valletta. It’s a 30 minute bus journey into Valletta from the apartment. Buses come regularly and are efficient, but a word of warning to fellow travellers. Malta is a victim of its own success as a tourist attraction. It’s busy. Very busy. And it’s challenging to find peace and quiet. Gozo is your best option for this. Diane is a great host. She let me check in early and is very helpful. The apartment has a great view from the kitchen, but the balcony is small and being high up, quite windy. The other rooms are quite dark with little natural light. But the apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The building is in a terrace of other apartments so you will hear other residents in nearby buildings. I was conscious of this at night.

Where do I start? This has to be one of the best airbnbs I’ve ver been to. Not only was the apt perfectly accommodating but Roger was very responsive, friendly, and flexible. The apartment sits on the water with immaculate views of Spinola Bay. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants, clubs, and water access points. Most definitely worth the money, and will absolutely be coming back.

This was our second stay in Mark’s apartment and we loved it just as much as the first time. The apartment is clean and beautiful and its location near the beach is great as well!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Andrea’s apartment in Malta. The highlight for me was definitely the amazing view from the balcony – it’s the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or enjoy the sunset. You truly get to soak in the beauty of the island right from your own private space. The location couldn’t be better – it’s incredibly convenient, with all major public transport stops right in front of the building. Whether you’re heading to Valletta, the beaches, or exploring the rest of the island, getting around is super easy. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Andrea is a wonderful host – friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Malta. I’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Matthew & Elaine’s town house with our 11 month old daughter. Communication was friendly and fast and when we missed a baby chair Elaine came to bring it to us right away. It should be noted that there is a lot of construction going on, at both sides of the house, but it’s not on a all day every day basis so it didn’t bother us too much. The walk to the beach is beautiful and it’s also easy to walk to the town square with some bars. If you have a rental car the whole island is easily accessible. Last of all we really appreciated the ‘welcome package’ with some fresh produce. Thanks!

We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

We had an amazing stay ,everything was as described. Very good location and lovely local neighbours. Lots of restaurants close by as virtually on the sea front. The bus service was literally yards away and very cheap,also taxis from Bolt were very good. Lots of places to walk to if you like,we walked to various resorts nearby and also did a boat trip to see different parts of the island. All in all a great stay and would return. One thing that would be good is a couple of comfy chairs on the balcony as the two plastic ones were really hard.

Excellent accommodation, very close to the ferries and the center to be able to get around on foot. We were 2 couples with babies and the accommodation was super comfortable. Edward and his wife were very kind, they gave us an excellent experience. I'd come back and I'd recommend it 100%

Fabulous location with great views

It was a top accommodation. Everything was exactly as described, and David is truly a superhost. I felt at home and would recommend this accommodation to everyone!

This apartment is amazing, we really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious with everything you could wish for including a fabulous view of the harbour from the front balcony. A good base to explore Malta. We especially enjoyed going to St Thomas's Bay which is very close. The owners are lovely people and make sure you are happy and comfortable. A true gem for your stay in Malta!!

Lovely apartment. Amazing environment in the old fort, on top of a mountain with fabulous view. Clean and comfortable! Mariella was very communicative and gave great recommendations. We highly recommend the place!

Amazing water views…..and the apartment had everything needed for an extended stay.
