There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, on the upper floor. The garden and the partially covered terrace invite you to relax or have a barbecue. Die Natur ist zu jeder Jahreszeit wunderschön und kann vom eigenen Steg aus mit Booten und SUPs erkundet werden. Angeln im eigenen See-Anteil ist kostenlos möglich.

Inmitten der wilden Natur des Schaalsees befindet sich das idyllische denkmalgeschützte Dorf Techin. 2021 haben wir unser Dorfhaus mit Platz für 5 Gäste (plus Kleinkind) mit viel Liebe saniert und stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier kommen Familien, Naturliebhaber, Aktivurlauber oder auch Auszeit-Suchende voll auf ihre Kosten! Ob beim Baden in kristallklarem Wasser im fußläufigen See, beim Radfahren & Wandern in den herrlichen Wäldern oder Faulenzen im großen Garten - der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit!

Traumhaus mit Elbblick

Das luxuriös ausgestattete Ferienhaus (160m²) liegt direkt am Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit Elbblick. Direkt am Haus ist eine Bademöglichkeit oder an den fußläufig zu erreichenden Sandstränden an der Elbe. Es besteht eine sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung nach Hamburg, Lüneburg und Lübeck. Auch Schiffsausflüge werden angeboten. Restaurants, Läden und Ärzte sind in der Stadt. Egal ob Radfahrer, Angler oder Sonnenanbeter an diesem Ort ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auf Anfrage kann auch ein Boot gemietet werden.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Very bright and modern wooden house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna, an alcove and sofa bed in the living room, open kitchen, fireplace, covered terrace with lake view, fenced garden with barbecue, rowing boat and 4 bicycles. The bathing and fishing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is only about 80 steps away, bathing bays for dogs only a few minutes' walk.

The house is situated in the Lüneburger Heide (Heather) and offers picturesque hiking trails for young and old. The house borders to a lake and you can dive into the water directly from the private jetty. There are beautiful Wildparks for families in the vicinities, zoos and other activities. There are small old cities in the vicinities worth visiting, such as Celle.

The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Enjoy relaxing moments in the garden with a swing, hammock, and fire pit, or on the terrace, where a charcoal grill invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. After a day at the lake, just 100 meters away, which you can explore by boat or SUP, the sauna provides soothing relaxation.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

The small town of Bierde is located in the Aller-Leine Valley, on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath – surrounded by extensive marshlands, forests and meadows. From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

Welcome to our charming half-timbered house! You can expect a 4-bed room, a single room and a spacious 5-bed room on the lower floor – ideal for families, friends or groups. A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with an inviting swimming pond, which is perfect for relaxing hours in nature. In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.
