The apartment has 52 mp, in the centre of the city. It is located 10 min. by foot to the Metropolitan Cathedral, 10 min. by foot to Unirii Square (the biggest Square from the city), with many coffee shops, restaurants, pub's. Here is located the Night life of the city. In Unirii Square you can visit the old-city buildings, Art Museum, shops, boutiques, old churches. You are near the Bega River and 10 min. by foot to Iulius Mall. Supermarkets Carrefour and Kaufland are just around the corner.

You can enjoy the convenience of free parking on premises. Muntele Mic is a convenient 40 min drive away, making any Ski\Hiking weekend pleasant and comfortable. This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.

The bedroom has a real bed (160*200), while the sofa in the living room can also accommodate two.
