I absolutely loved my time at Butiti Ranch. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and open views with Ankole cattle grazing nearby, it felt like something out of a movie. The host took me on a guided tour of the different breeds of cattle on the ranch, I got to see beehives and got to try very sweet organic honey. The host was accommodating to my last minute dinner request and provided a very delicious buffet of Ugandan traditional food. It was the perfect place to relax after visiting Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and convenient for a stop over to rest on my way to Murchison Falls. The host was so kind, responsive, and made me feel completely at home. I didn’t want to leave!

Farm Family home, with a Natural set up. very secure. Good Families and Friends Get together. In the night 🌙it is so quiet, you only hear birds singing. It is purely very Peaceful. Good for vacations. A variety of organic Fruits in Place.

The Farm holiday home is located in Kakooge. It is a 2 hours drive from Kampala the Capital city of Uganda. The facility has a main house, which is a 4 in one, that is; 1 common room and 3 bedrooms Then 1 entwined house and the rest are independent ones. all with bathrooms inside. The facility also has a water Fountain, very good doe calming the mind. It has a variety of Fruits like;Mangos, Papaya, Jackfruit, Guavas, oranges, ovacados among others. Guests are free to enjoy.

It has a Gazebo, an independent well facilitated kitchen. Best for community tourism, Family retreats, Team building and holiday relaxation. It has a very good neighborhood. For meals, we can provide a Chief or you can cook for your self. we can communicate on phone or email.

I had a fabulous experience at the Unia Flats, very comfortable and with in easy reach to the city center. It made my busy schedules in the city very manageable because of the proximity. Sanini is a very warm host and I intend to visit very soon.
