Desde la terraza o desde el balcón, podrás contemplar la majestuosidad de las montañas de Picos de Europa.

Casa de Aldea Canalizu L'Abeya

Casa rehabilitada en Sotres en 2010. Dispone de dos habitaciones dobles (una matrimonial y otra de dos camas), baño totalmente equipado, salón-cocina, chimenea (no se incluye la leña, pero se facilita a un coste extra), calefacción y una terraza que le permite disfrutar de los Picos de Europa. En 2021 mejoramos nuestra casa con un porche exterior. En 2022 colocamos nuevas ventanas y en 2023 estrenamos horno y vitrocerámica en la cocina. SmartTV en el salón y Wifi gratis en toda la casa.

La Llosa del Valle is a very comfortable house of new construction but made with recycled hardwoods and very bright due to the large windows facing south. It is very warm and cozy... It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

Una casa única que mira a la Sierra de Cuera por todas sus ventanas. Puestas de sol espectaculares, una casa muy tranquila en el barrio de la Matavieja (Colombres), a 100m del restaurante Casa Marisa. A 5 minutos de la playa de la Franca en coche y muy cerca de la autovia del Cantabrico A8 para visitar todas las otras playas de la zona (Pechón, Andrín, Gerra, Oyambre...). Sitio ideal tambien para hacer excursiones. Llanes está a 15 minutos.
