Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Recently constructed on ten private acres with captivating views of Okemo. Three BR, three full bath, air conditioned modern chalet, just 1.5 miles from downtown and 3 miles from Okemo’s base areas. Epic views of Okemo and surrounding mountains from every room. Cozy around the fireplace in the living room or enjoy smores outside by the firepit, or unwind on the deck. Lower level has second living room great for kids with large TV, comfy couches, Pac Man arcade, foosball and board games.

Newly renovated in fall 2023, this 3-level, 1700+ sq. ft. ski chalet is just a 4 min drive to Okemo Mountain Resort and town, with Jackson Gore only 6 min away. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning 180-degree views of the wooded backyard, creating a peaceful mountain retreat. Cozy up by the fireplace or soak in the Jacuzzi hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or a quiet escape, this private oasis offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.
