Villa holiday rentals in Lucinico

We were very warmly welcomed, instructed and also seen off again by Christina (Tania's mom). Tania was always available and Christina always responsive. The villa corresponds to the description, is cozy and fully equipped and very clean. The water basin is very nice to refresh yourself in between. The garden is beautifully designed and we spent the evenings exclusively on the cozy and covered terrace. There is also an additional small refrigerator for drinks, which is very convenient. The villa in a good neighborhood and is a great starting point for excursions e.g. to the beach, to Trieste or Koper (great medieval town in Slovenia with beach). Many thanks to Tania and Christina, we had a very nice and felt very welcome in this beautiful villa.

Enej’s place was spacious and quiet, with great views of the Portorož area and all the comforts of home we needed. The house is the last one on a dead-end street so there was no road noise whatsoever. It sits on a decent sized plot of land so the neighbors are not too close. The outdoor deck is vast, though we didn’t make much use of it due to weather. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights we did.

We spent 2 weeks vacation in this beautiful house in Aprilia. A supermarket with fresh bread and pasta near by. Lignano beaches about 10 min by car. The kids love the house with lots of space. Having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hosts are lovely and good hearted people. We forgot to bring our bedclothes and towels, but Filomena just organized all the stuff we needed. Everything was in order, the accommodation is ideal for families of 6-8 people, it was clean and tidy, the communication was easy.

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

The first thing to say is, the pictures do not do it justice. Arriving at this accommodation will put a great smile on your face. It is beautiful, tastefully decorated and superbly fitted out with everything you could ever need. The host has thought of everything. The perfect place for an Instrian holiday with a group!

We enjoyed the stay! The accommodation was very clean, spacious, well air-conditioned and authentically furnished and Goran is always available. The entire outdoor area with a pool and barbecue area as well as the private location were perfect for a relaxing break. Will come again any time! :)

Lovely house in a beautiful location! Peace and opportunity for a variety of activities, ideal for two families and children of all ages. Communication with Manca was impeccable. We were welcomed by a friendly Daria, which gave our visit a warm touch and will stay in our memory for a long time. Thank you!

What’s not to like about our stay at the Villa Laura! It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly, is well equipped with everything you need, and strategically located close to town. The host, Ziga, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A couple of tips. There is a great restaurant called Fine Food Berc within a 5 minute walk from the Villa Laura. For those more active folks jogging around the lake is a great way to start the day and only 4.5 miles or take a hike up the small ski hill near Ziga’s place to capture some beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

The five of us spent two weeks in the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. We immediately felt comfortable. The possibility to swim in the pool at any time is perfect. It's not huge, but you can swim comfortably there. The kitchen was well equipped, so additional cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were newly made. Otherwise, there are several very good restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next largest supermarkets are all in Umag itself (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

Communication was very friendly. Beautiful place. Everything was working. Wifi, Aircondition,…it was clean and we had everything we needed. We had a really good time. Thank you! I can recommend this place 100%.

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

The place was perfect for our group and very clean. The reception of Annette and Piotr was very warm and the communication uncomplicated. After consultation, we were already able to enter the accommodation at 11am, which was convenient for us. The villa was just as we imagined it. Some small things were no longer quite in tack, but they were taken care of immediately when we noticed. All in all, we were very happy and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

House, pool, garden are sparkling clean and well maintained, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Its hosts are friendly, always available and very helpful. Communication is easy, possible in German and English. We arrived with 3 dogs, which was no problem at all. The garden is completely enclosed and there are several laps through the Croatian countryside to walk to the walk. From the terrace you can even see the sea. We will miss the song of the birds, especially the nightingale, which trumped their song very close and punctually every night. We enjoyed it very much here, so good that we want to come back.

Great house with beautiful pool. We had a wonderful time!

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

Villa Aurora is an excellent accommodation with a fantastic view over the sea. Even in bad weather, the dining area, which is kept like a conservatory. The area is pleasantly quiet without being disturbed by party tourism. A true dream in Istria.
